How It Works
1. A gentle first conversationWe begin with a relaxed, confidential call where you can share what’s been happening. There’s no assessment, no labels — just space to be heard and to explore whether coaching feels right for you.
2. A clear, simple plan. Together we create a pathway that fits your life. No complicated programmes — just practical steps that help your nervous system settle and your confidence return.
3. 5 x Weekly 1 hour 1-2-1 sessions. Each session is calm and focused. We look at what you’re experiencing, gently untangle the anxiety cycle, and practise new ways of responding that bring real relief.
4. Support between sessions. Inside our Recovery Portal and in weekly live webinars. In our chatrooms and through email within the portal. You’ll have simple tools to use in everyday moments — at work, at home, out in the world — so progress continues naturally.
5. Moving toward independence. The aim is not to keep you in coaching, but to help you feel steady, capable and free to live without needing us.
Sessions are available online or in person, arranged around your schedule.

Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching focused on education, biological understanding and practical change — not diagnosis or treatment of mental illness.
How many sessions will I need?
You will receive 5 sessions - most people notice meaningful change within the first two.
Do I have to talk about the past?
No. Our focus is on fast recovery so we will always focus you in on the solution.
What if I’m very anxious about starting?
That’s completely normal. The first conversation is gentle and at your pace — there’s no pressure to “perform” or be ready.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is private and treated with care. We have helped many thousands of people over the last 30 years and some are famous or well known, they can rest assured that the service is 100% confidential and we can arrange for NDAs if a client is more comfortable with a legal agreement in place.
